Why use Discussion channels?
Discussion channels are spaces for you and your participants to connect, share, and collaborate with co-participants as well as with facilitators. This allows you to discuss subtopics or topics related to the learning material.
How to view your learning team members
- Go to “Discussion channels” in your journey
- Select the "My team" channel
- Click the grey "Members" button. A list containing the names of your learning team members will display.
How to edit a post
- Go to “Discussion channels” in your journey
- Select the relevant channel and choose one of your posts
- Click “Actions” and select “Edit” from the dropdown
- Make the changes and click “Update”
How to pin or unpin a post
To pin a post:
- Got to “Discussion channels” in your journey and select a channel
- Select the post, click “Actions”, and choose “Pin”
To unpin a post:
- Got to “Discussion channels” in your journey and select a channel
- Select the post, click “Actions”, and choose “Unpin”
Pinned posts remain at the top for visibility.
How to upvote a post
- Got to “Discussion channels” in your journey and select a channel
- Find the post you want to upvote
- Click “Upvote”(an arrow pointing upwards)
