View Live Event data across all sessions

Use the Manager Dashboard to review overall results for a Live Event across all its sessions

• Open the Manager Dashboard
• Find the Live Event you want to review
• Review participation and completion totals for the event across all sessions

Filter Live Event data by session

Filter to a specific session to see only the learners and outcomes for that date and time

• Open the Live Event in the Manager Dashboard
• Click the session filter
• Select the session you want to review
• Review participation and completion for that session only

Understand what you can and can’t do as a Manager

Managers can review, not manage, learner status

Managers can:

• View data across all sessions for a Live Event
• Filter to a specific session to review participation and completion

Managers cannot:

• Modify attendance or completion
• Change learner session assignments
• Use bulk actions or any state-changing controls
