How to export a tickets report in the Customer support portal
This guide explains how to export a file containing a report of your support tickets. The final report will contain columns that match the data fields you select during the export process.
Accessing the Export feature
- Navigate to the tickets page at
https://collegial.freshdesk.com/support/tickets - You can also get to this page by clicking the "Tickets" tab in the main navigation bar
- On the right side of the page, click the "Export Tickets" button
Generating the Report
- In the "Export Tickets" window that appears, select a date range for the tickets you wish to include
- Under the "Export as" section, choose either "CSV" or "Excel" as your desired file format
- In the "Select field" area, check the boxes for all the data fields you want in your report
- Click the "Export" button to generate and download your report file
