How to export a tickets report in the Customer support portal

This guide explains how to export a file containing a report of your support tickets. The final report will contain columns that match the data fields you select during the export process.


Accessing the Export feature


Generating the Report

  • In the "Export Tickets" window that appears, select a date range for the tickets you wish to include
  • Under the "Export as" section, choose either "CSV" or "Excel" as your desired file format
  • In the "Select field" area, check the boxes for all the data fields you want in your report
  • Click the "Export" button to generate and download your report file
