Submit a ticket in the Customer support portal

This article explains how to create a new support ticket.


Accessing the Ticket form

  • In the top navigation bar, click "Submit a ticket" to open the form


Completing and Submitting the Ticket

  • Your email address will automatically appear in the "Requester" field
  • Enter a title for your support request in the "Subject" field
  • Type a full explanation of the issue in the "Description" field
  • If you need to include files, click the "Attachment" link to add them
  • Click the "Submit" button to create your ticket
