Submit a ticket in the Customer support portal
This article explains how to create a new support ticket.
Accessing the Ticket form
- In the top navigation bar, click "Submit a ticket" to open the form
Completing and Submitting the Ticket
- Your email address will automatically appear in the "Requester" field
- Enter a title for your support request in the "Subject" field
- Type a full explanation of the issue in the "Description" field
- If you need to include files, click the "Attachment" link to add them
- Click the "Submit" button to create your ticket
