Sometimes Collegial moves your account to a new realm. This article explains what changes, what stays the same, and what you need to do.

What a realm switch is
A realm switch moves your account to a new space in the platform. Your organisation asked for this change — you don't need to set it up yourself.
- Your account moves to a new realm
- You get a new home page
- You keep all your existing progress
What happens to your progress
Your progress is not affected by the switch.
- All your completed items stay completed
- Your course and journey history stays on your account
- Your new home page shows your new realm, not the old one
What you need to do
Check your inbox for a new invitation email
- Open the email from Collegial
- Select "Accept invitation"
- Follow the steps to log in
Log in after you accept the invitation
- Go to the login page in the email
- Enter your details
- Select "Log in"
Find your new home page
- Go to your new home page after you log in
Still see your old home page?
Contact your administrator — your account may not have moved to the new realm yet.
