Adding users 

To add users to the platform, admin users need to take the following steps: 


  1. Go to “People” tab
  2. Click “Invite”
  3. Paste one email per row in the invite field
  4. For large groups, send invites in batches (recommended: 80–100 emails per invite)
  5. Click “Send invite”


Learners will receive an email to join the platform. Once they’ve accepted, you as an admin can enroll them in specific journeys.


Using your welcome email as a learner to sign up

When learners receive a welcome email from the Collegial platform, it includes everything they need to create their account and start using the platform. Learners needs to follow these steps to sign up:

  1. Open the welcome email and click on the "GET STARTED" button. A new browser page will open with instructions.
  2. Follow the instructions to create their password and accept the invitation.
  3. Enter their desired password in the provided field and click "Continue".
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the sign-up process, including agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice, and entering their name.
