TABLE OF CONTENTS
When you create a new Learning journey, you can also choose from a selection of templates. These include pre-selected learning items from Coursera, and a number of example engagement activities that you can adapt to your needs. This will help you get started quickly with your design and set your journey up with the engagement needed to succeed.
Create a journey from a template
Click "Use template" on your chosen template:
- Choose “Space” (only appears if you have more than one space to choose from) and “Title”
- Choose what engagement activities to include. The options are: Get started, Kick–off webinar, MS Teams Channel, Manager check-in and Expert webinar. Untick the boxes for the activities you don’t want to include
- Click “Next”
- Click “Create” and all the learning items included in the template are created and added to your platform under Explore. These learning items will now also be available for all your learners under Explore
- Browse the learning items in your chosen template in order to trim down the list by removing the items that are not relevant for your journey
- Click the plus button to add any other items that are relevant for your journey
- Click “Save”
Engagement activities
- Find the engagement activities in your journey under Learning items (if you have included them). Their titles will start with the text “[Example]”
- Click on the title of the learning item to review the text
- Adapt the title, texts and images to the specifics of your initiative by clicking on the pen in the top right corner
- Adapt the Journey description and goals, and then follow the same steps as for a Blank journey to set your Completion criteria, Add participants, Preview and Publish
