What are Learning impact surveys?
Learning impact surveys are tools used to collect participant insights at the beginning and at the end of a Learning journey. These surveys help journey creators measure the impact of the learning experience through participant feedback.
- Learning impact surveys are added through the Journey editing page
- They include a toggle to enable or disable data collection
- By default, Learning impact surveys are enabled
How to enable or disable Learning impact surveys
To manage Learning impact surveys:
- Go to the Journey editing page
- Navigate to the Settings section
- Find the “Learning impact surveys” subsection
- Use the toggle to enable or disable the feature:
- Toggle On (Default): Enables data collection, prompting participants at the beginning and at the end of the journey
- Toggle Off: Disables data collection, so participants are not prompted
When Learning impact surveys are enabled:
- A badge appears on the “Journey check-in” (start survey) and “Journey check-out” (end survey) items in the Journey editor
- These surveys are displayed as the first and last items in the journey for learners
Placement rules:
- No items can be added before the “Journey check-in” or after the “Journey check-out” surveys
- Other learning items can only be added in between these two fixed surveys
Analyzing Learning impact surveys
To analyze data from Learning impact surveys:
- Go to the Journey page and click “Insights” next to “View journey” (available only after the Journey is published)
- Select “Journey check-in” or “Journey check-out” to view detailed insights
- Review a summary of responses
- Click “Download” to export survey responses for further analysis
